  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Service you are interested in
  • Approximate budget and timeline (optional)
  • The message or description you provide

We do not collect payment information. We do not run e-commerce transactions on this website.

Information collected automatically

When you browse our website, analytics tools we use (detailed in Section 4) automatically collect standard web analytics data — pages visited, time spent, device type, browser, and approximate geographic location (city/country level). This data does not identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to your enquiry with a relevant, honest reply
  • Understand your requirements and prepare a proposal if applicable
  • Follow up on ongoing project conversations
  • Improve the quality of our services over time

We do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing. We do not add you to email newsletters without explicit consent. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party, ever.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data under the following grounds in accordance with applicable Indian data protection law and, where relevant, the IT Act 2000 and its amendments:

  • Consent — You voluntarily submit your details via the contact form.
  • Legitimate interest — Responding to a business enquiry you initiated is a legitimate interest of both parties.
  • Contractual necessity — If we enter a project engagement, we process data necessary to deliver the agreed services.

4. Third-Party Tools We Use

We use the following third-party tools that may process data from your visit:

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website — pages viewed, traffic sources, device types. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects anonymised usage data. Google’s privacy policy governs how they handle this data: policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps to understand how users interact with our pages. Clarity may record mouse movements, clicks, and scroll behaviour. No personally identifiable information is captured in recordings. Microsoft’s privacy policy: privacy.microsoft.com.

WhatsApp Business

If you initiate a conversation via our WhatsApp button, your messages are handled through WhatsApp Business (Meta). WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies to those communications: whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies for the following purposes:

  • Analytics cookies — Set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to collect anonymised usage data as described above.
  • Session cookies — If you access the admin panel, a secure HTTP-only session cookie is set to authenticate your session. This cookie is never accessible to external scripts.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the website.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to manage the enquiry and any resulting project engagement — typically no longer than 3 years after the last communication.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@copg.in.

7. Data Security

We store contact form submissions on secured servers. Access to this data is restricted to authorised COPG team members only. We use HTTPS across the entire website to encrypt data in transit.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we implement commercially reasonable protections, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion — Request that we delete your personal data.
  • Objection — Object to us processing your data for a particular purpose.
  • Withdrawal of consent — Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@copg.in. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
