What you get

What a hotel website actually has to do

Answer the questions guests otherwise ask the front desk, and give them a direct way to book.

Starter

A page for every room category

Bed type, occupancy, size, view, amenities, inclusions and real photos for each category, so a guest knows exactly what they are booking and does not arrive expecting the suite.

Growth

Booking requests with dates and guests

Check-in, check-out, room type, adults and children, sent to your reservations desk or WhatsApp. Your team confirms availability and payment the way it already does.

Premium

Booking-engine integration

Live availability and instant confirmation through a third-party booking engine you choose, usually connected to your channel manager. The engine has its own subscription or per-booking fee, quoted separately; we build the website around it.

Policies written once, clearly

Check-in and check-out times, ID requirements, cancellation and refund terms, child and extra-bed policy, pets and parking. The most repeated reservations questions, answered on one page.

Location that sells the stay

Map, distance to the station, airport and main attractions, and directions. For many guests the location decides the booking before the room does.

Fast photo galleries

Rooms, bathrooms, restaurant, lobby and views, compressed properly so the gallery loads on a mobile connection instead of losing the guest at the first image.

Growth

Groups, corporate and events enquiries

A separate form for room blocks, corporate rates and meeting rooms, with dates, room count and purpose, so sales can quote without three rounds of questions.

Growth

Hotel structured data

Schema markup for your hotel name, address, amenities and contact details, so search engines and AI answer tools can read your facts correctly.

Pricing

Fixed prices, on the page. Starting at ₹9,999.

Four packages. You will know which one fits before you talk to anyone, and the proposal restates it in writing before you pay a rupee.

How it works

A simple process with no technical guesswork.

You don't need to know anything about hosting, DNS or SEO. That is our job — and the reason the scope is written down before you pay.

01

Tell us what you need

Send your business type, your current website if you have one, and the one action you want visitors to take. Two minutes on WhatsApp is enough.

02

Get a written proposal

You receive the exact pages, features, third-party costs, payment terms and target launch date — before you pay anything.

03

Send the essentials

We send a short checklist: logo, services, photos, contact details and the account access we need. Nothing technical.

04

Review the website

You see the first version, ask for your included revisions, and approve it. Only then does the final payment come up.

05

Launch and handover

It goes live on your domain, and you get a short walkthrough of the parts you can update yourself. The logins are yours.

Before any work begins

Clear terms, written down.

Most bad website experiences are scope arguments in disguise. These four points remove the argument before it starts.

A written scope before you pay

Every page, every feature, every third-party cost and the launch date, in writing. If it is not in the proposal, you are not paying for it.

Delivery commitment

Your target launch date goes into the proposal. If a delay is on us, you get 10% off. The date moves only when content, access or approvals are pending from your side.

12-month technical warranty

Defects in what we delivered are fixed free for twelve months. New features and content changes are quoted separately.

You own everything

Domain and hosting in your name from day one. After final payment you get the files, the credentials and the licences. There is no lock-in and nothing held hostage.

Where we focus

Where hotels and boutique stays need this most.

These are the markets where this kind of business clusters, and what buyers there check before they make contact.

Hotels in Jaipur

Jaipur's hotel season runs through the cooler months, roughly October to March, with heritage havelis and boutique hotels competing for foreign Golden Triangle travellers and weekend visitors from Delhi. Guests compare the property's character and how close it is to the old city, so photos and a clear location page matter more than a long amenities list.

Hotels in Udaipur

Udaipur hotels sell views first: lake-facing rooms, rooftop dining and walking distance to the City Palace area. Winter brings foreign travellers and destination-wedding guests, and many hotels also see domestic visitors around the monsoon, when the lakes fill. Room pages need to say honestly which categories actually face the lake.

Hotels in Goa

Goa's hotel demand peaks from November to February, with Christmas and New Year commanding the highest rates, and the monsoon months run as a quieter, discount-led season. Guests search by area as much as by city, North versus South Goa or a specific beach, so the location section has to name the beach and the drive times.

Hotels in Varanasi

Varanasi hotels serve pilgrims, families performing rituals and foreign travellers, and nearly everyone searches by distance to the ghats or Kashi Vishwanath. Festival dates such as Dev Deepawali bring sharp demand spikes, so a site that publishes festival-period policies and booking-request forms early earns those enquiries directly.

Hotels in Agra

Most Agra visitors come for the Taj Mahal, many on short trips from Delhi, so hotels compete on Taj views, distance to the gates and early-morning convenience. The Taj is closed on Fridays, which shapes how guests plan their nights; a clear location and itinerary page answers that before the guest asks.

Hotels in Rishikesh

Rishikesh hotels host yoga students, rafting groups, Char Dham pilgrims passing through and weekend visitors from Delhi. Each group wants different information: quiet and food policy for retreat guests, gear storage and pickup times for rafting groups, so separate pages per guest type work better here than one generic room list.

Hotels in Shimla

Shimla's busiest stretch is the summer escape from the plains, with a second wave of interest when snow is forecast in winter. Many guests drive up from Delhi, Chandigarh and Punjab, so parking, distance from the Mall Road and road-access notes are the questions a hotel site has to answer up front.

Hotels in Kochi

Kochi hotels serve business travellers on the mainland and leisure guests in heritage Fort Kochi, often as the first or last night of a Kerala circuit. Foreign travellers and the art crowd during Biennale years compare character and walkability, so area-specific pages for Fort Kochi versus Ernakulam help guests choose correctly.

Questions

Hotels websites — your questions.

Will a website stop us paying OTA commission?

No, and nobody should promise that. OTAs remain useful for discovery. A website gives returning guests and people who already know your name a direct option, so some bookings that would have gone through an OTA can come to you. How many depends on your rates, your reviews and how you promote it.

Can guests see live availability and pay online?

Yes, in Premium, through a third-party booking engine connected to your inventory. The engine provider charges its own subscription or per-booking fee and the payment gateway charges transaction fees; both are quoted separately before you commit.

Can we show a lower price than the OTAs?

That depends on your contracts with each OTA, some of which include rate-parity terms, and on the rules where you operate. Many hotels offer direct-booking perks such as breakfast or flexible check-out instead of a lower rate. Check your agreements first; we build whichever approach you choose.

We already have a booking engine from our channel manager.

Good. We integrate the booking engine you already pay for, so rates and inventory stay synchronised with MakeMyTrip, Booking.com and the rest through the channel manager you trust. We do not replace it.

How long does a hotel website take?

A booking-request site with room pages is typically 12 days in Growth once we have photos and room details. Premium with booking-engine integration is around 21 days, depending on how quickly the engine provider issues credentials.

Can we update rates and offers ourselves?

Yes. You get a walkthrough for editing offers, room descriptions and photos. With a booking engine, rates and availability are managed inside the engine or channel manager, not on the website.

How much does a website cost?

₹9,999 for a one-page site live in 5 days, ₹24,999 for a 5-page site, ₹49,999 for a lead-generating site with booking and SEO groundwork, and ₹99,999 where payments, logins or multiple branches are involved.

Do you work with businesses outside these cities?

Yes. The city pages exist because local search matters, but we work remotely with clients anywhere in India. If your city is not listed, message us — the price and the process do not change.

Tell us what you do. We’ll tell you what it costs.
