What you get

A homestay website that reads like a welcome

Small, fast and personal. Most homestays need far less technology than they are sold.

Meet your hosts

Who you are, how long the family has lived here, languages spoken and what you enjoy sharing with guests. This is the section that turns a browser into a booking.

Starter

Room-by-room photos and details

Bed sizes, attached or shared bathroom, hot water, heating or fans, views and how many guests fit, so nobody arrives surprised.

Food and meals page

What you cook, which meals are included, vegetarian and other dietary options, and whether guests can join in the kitchen. Food is often the reason people choose a homestay.

House rules, plainly

Check-in times, quiet hours, smoking, pets, visitors and cancellation terms, written once so you do not repeat them in every chat.

Growth

WhatsApp booking requests

Dates, number of guests, room preference and meal plan, sent straight to your phone. You confirm and collect payment the way you already do.

Local guide and getting here

Nearest station or airport, last-mile directions, walks, viewpoints, markets and day trips you genuinely recommend. Useful to guests and the kind of original local content search engines reward.

Premium

Online advance payment

Collect a deposit online through a payment gateway, with your cancellation policy shown beside it. Gateway fees are a third-party cost, quoted separately.

Pricing

Fixed prices, on the page. Starting at ₹9,999.

Four packages. You will know which one fits before you talk to anyone, and the proposal restates it in writing before you pay a rupee.

How it works

A simple process with no technical guesswork.

You don't need to know anything about hosting, DNS or SEO. That is our job — and the reason the scope is written down before you pay.

01

Tell us what you need

Send your business type, your current website if you have one, and the one action you want visitors to take. Two minutes on WhatsApp is enough.

02

Get a written proposal

You receive the exact pages, features, third-party costs, payment terms and target launch date — before you pay anything.

03

Send the essentials

We send a short checklist: logo, services, photos, contact details and the account access we need. Nothing technical.

04

Review the website

You see the first version, ask for your included revisions, and approve it. Only then does the final payment come up.

05

Launch and handover

It goes live on your domain, and you get a short walkthrough of the parts you can update yourself. The logins are yours.

Before any work begins

Clear terms, written down.

Most bad website experiences are scope arguments in disguise. These four points remove the argument before it starts.

A written scope before you pay

Every page, every feature, every third-party cost and the launch date, in writing. If it is not in the proposal, you are not paying for it.

Delivery commitment

Your target launch date goes into the proposal. If a delay is on us, you get 10% off. The date moves only when content, access or approvals are pending from your side.

12-month technical warranty

Defects in what we delivered are fixed free for twelve months. New features and content changes are quoted separately.

You own everything

Domain and hosting in your name from day one. After final payment you get the files, the credentials and the licences. There is no lock-in and nothing held hostage.

Where we focus

Where homestays, guesthouses and B&Bs need this most.

These are the markets where this kind of business clusters, and what buyers there check before they make contact.

Homestays in Leh

Leh homestays host travellers who are told to rest for a day or two to acclimatise, so hosts who explain altitude, heating, hot water and meals win trust before arrival. The main season runs through the summer months when the highway routes open, and guests also want to know that prepaid SIMs from outside the region generally do not work there.

Homestays in Gangtok

Sikkim actively promotes rural and village homestays, and Gangtok is the base for trips to areas like Tsomgo Lake, Nathu La and North Sikkim that need permits arranged in advance. Guests from Kolkata and across India plan around the spring and autumn seasons, so a homestay site that explains permits, drive times and meals reduces back-and-forth.

Homestays in Darjeeling

Darjeeling homestays in town and in the surrounding tea-garden villages draw families from Kolkata, honeymooners and foreign walkers, mostly in spring and autumn when the Kanchenjunga views are clearest. Guests arrive via New Jalpaiguri or Bagdogra, so pickup arrangements and the last-mile road deserve a clear section.

Homestays in Shillong

Shillong is the base for Sohra (Cherrapunji), Dawki and the living-root-bridge villages, and Khasi family homestays are a big part of the appeal. Many guests travel from Guwahati and Kolkata and want to know about local food, road travel times and how the heavy monsoon affects plans.

Homestays in Manali

Old Manali and the villages around it have a long tradition of family guesthouses, popular with backpackers, long-stay remote workers and summer visitors from the plains. Guests ask about heating, Wi-Fi reliability and road access in snow, so honest answers on those three points matter more than design flourishes.

Homestays in Goa

Goa's homestays sit in village areas well away from the busiest beaches and attract long-stay guests and families who want a quieter base. Goa requires tourist accommodation, including homestays, to be registered with the state tourism department, and displaying those details on your site reassures guests and platforms alike.

Homestays in Kochi

Fort Kochi's heritage homes and family homestays are a natural first stop on Kerala itineraries, especially for foreign travellers in the October to March season. Kerala Tourism runs a homestay classification scheme, and guests look for home-cooked Kerala food, walking access to the waterfront and help arranging onward trips.

Questions

Homestays websites — your questions.

We only have three rooms. Do we need a booking engine?

Usually not. A clear website with a booking-request form and WhatsApp confirmation covers most small homestays. A booking engine adds a monthly or per-booking fee that only makes sense once you have more rooms or several platforms to keep in sync.

Should we leave Airbnb and Booking.com?

No. They bring new guests who would never have found you otherwise. Your website is for returning guests, referrals and people who find you through search or social media and prefer to deal with you directly.

We are not good with technology. Can we manage the site?

Yes. You get a walkthrough for changing photos, prices and seasonal notes. Booking requests arrive on WhatsApp, which you already use every day.

Do we need to show our homestay registration?

Several states, including Goa and Kerala, run their own homestay registration or classification schemes, and requirements differ. If you are registered, displaying the details builds trust. We publish what you supply; confirming what applies to you is your responsibility.

Which package do most homestays choose?

Launch at ₹9,999 for a single well-made page, or Starter at ₹24,999 if you want separate pages for rooms, food and the local area. Growth adds structured booking requests and SEO for homestays that want more direct enquiries.

Can the site be in more than one language?

Yes, in Premium, if you can supply or approve the translated text. We do not publish machine translations without someone fluent checking them.

How much does a website cost?

₹9,999 for a one-page site live in 5 days, ₹24,999 for a 5-page site, ₹49,999 for a lead-generating site with booking and SEO groundwork, and ₹99,999 where payments, logins or multiple branches are involved.

Do you work with businesses outside these cities?

Yes. The city pages exist because local search matters, but we work remotely with clients anywhere in India. If your city is not listed, message us — the price and the process do not change.

Tell us what you do. We’ll tell you what it costs.
