The problem

Fabrication is bought on references, capacity and weld quality

Whoever awards a fabrication package — a contractor, a consultant or a factory owner — is betting the schedule on you. They want proof of similar projects, the tonnage your shop can handle, how you control welding quality and whether you erect as well as fabricate. Most fabricator websites answer none of it.

Your best projects exist only as site photos on a phone, with no tonnage, span, sector or scope attached

Shop capacity — monthly tonnage, crane capacity, CNC cutting, beam lines, blasting and painting — is invisible, so buyers cannot judge whether you can take their package

Welding procedures, welder qualifications and NDT practice go unmentioned, and consultants reviewing vendors notice

Nobody can tell whether you design, fabricate, erect or do all three, so you get enquiries for work you do not do and miss the work you do

Tender and RFQ enquiries arrive without drawings, tonnage or site location, so estimating starts with a round of questions

What you get

Evidence a contractor or consultant asks for

Built around the vendor-qualification checklist, not a gallery of sparks.

Growth

Project portfolio by sector

Each project with sector, structure type, tonnage, spans or heights, scope — design, fabrication, erection — duration and photos from shop to finished structure. Filter by warehouses, factories, commercial buildings, infrastructure and special structures.

Shop capability

Covered shop area, monthly fabrication capacity, crane capacities, CNC plasma or oxy-fuel cutting, beam drilling and sawing lines, shot blasting, painting and galvanising arrangements.

Welding and quality

Procedures and welder qualifications to the codes you work to — such as AWS D1.1, ISO 9606 or ASME Section IX — NDT methods and inspector qualifications, ISO 9001 or ISO 3834 certification, and material traceability. Only what you actually hold.

Growth

Design and detailing capability

In-house design and detailing teams, the software you use such as Tekla Structures or STAAD.Pro, and the design codes you follow — so consultants know whether to send a design-and-build or a fabricate-to-drawing package.

Growth

PEB and shed solutions

Pre-engineered building systems with typical spans, eave heights, roofing and cladding options, mezzanines and crane-beam provisions, plus a plain explanation of what changes the cost per square metre.

Growth

Drawing-based RFQ

Upload drawings or a bill of quantities, then add tonnage, site location, scope and timeline. Estimators get a complete picture instead of a call asking for a rate per kilo.

Erection and site safety

Erection crews, cranes and equipment, safety practices, ISO 45001 if you hold it, and how site work is supervised. Clients check safety alongside quality.

Premium

Client document area

Secure logins for active project clients to access drawings, inspection reports, mill test certificates and progress photos.

Pricing

Fixed prices, published. From SAR 1,099.

Payment gateway, delivery, messaging and premium plugin charges are third-party costs and are quoted separately. All prices in SAR. Pay by card, international bank transfer or Wise. Local agency figures are indicative market ranges for comparison, not quotes, and will vary by scope and supplier.

Working with us from Saudi Arabia

The practical questions, answered before you ask them.

We are based in Bengaluru, India, and deliver remotely to clients in Saudi Arabia. That is stated plainly here because it is the first thing a careful buyer wants to establish — and the last thing they want to discover after paying.

Overlap hours, every weekday

India is 2.5 hours ahead of Saudi Arabia, so most of your working day overlaps ours. We hold 9am–3pm Riyadh time open for calls Monday to Thursday, the days both working weeks share.

Your domain, your hosting

.sa and .com.sa domains are run by SaudiNIC and need supporting documents, typically a Saudi commercial registration or a trademark registered in the Kingdom that matches the name. If you have those we will file the registration in your name; if not, a .com works everywhere and we will say so.

How you pay

Pay by card, international bank transfer or Wise. The invoice is issued from India in SAR or USD. Saudi VAT on services bought from abroad is normally handled by the buyer under the reverse charge, so confirm your own position with your accountant.

Who owns it

Domain, hosting, files, credentials and licences are all in your business name. Nothing sits on a platform we control, and there is no account you would have to ask us to release.

Saudi Arabia requirements

What a business website in this market actually has to get right.

Most offshore builders ignore this entirely and hand you a liability. These are build decisions we make by default, not paid extras.

Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)

The PDPL, issued by Royal Decree M/19, has been fully enforceable since 14 September 2024 and is supervised by SDAIA. A website that collects names, phone numbers or emails needs a clear privacy policy stating what is collected and why, and a lawful basis — usually consent — for using it. We build the forms and the policy placeholder to that practice; your lawyer approves the final wording.

E-Commerce Law disclosure

The E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126 of 2019) and its Implementing Regulations require an online store to show who is behind it — at minimum the business name, address and contact details, and the commercial registration number where there is one — and businesses holding a CR are expected to register their e-store with the Ministry of Commerce. We put those details where customers can find them; registration and the final wording are yours and your adviser's.

Clear pricing and the right to cancel

The same law prohibits misleading online advertising, expects the total price including fees and taxes to be clear, and gives consumers a general right to cancel within seven days in many cases. If you sell online we build checkout and policy pages around that, but we do not decide which exceptions apply to your products — your lawyer does.

This is a summary of how we build, not legal advice. Regulations change and their application depends on your business, your sector and where your customers are. Have your own adviser confirm what applies to you before you rely on any of it.

How it works

A simple process with no technical guesswork.

You don't need to know anything about hosting, DNS or SEO. That is our job — and the reason the scope is written down before you pay.

01

Tell us what you need

Send your business type, your current website if you have one, and the one action you want visitors to take. Two minutes on WhatsApp is enough.

02

Get a written proposal

You receive the exact pages, features, third-party costs, payment terms and target launch date — before you pay anything.

03

Send the essentials

We send a short checklist: logo, services, photos, contact details and the account access we need. Nothing technical.

04

Review the website

You see the first version, ask for your included revisions, and approve it. Only then does the final payment come up.

05

Launch and handover

It goes live on your domain, and you get a short walkthrough of the parts you can update yourself. The logins are yours.

Before any work begins

Clear terms, written down.

Most bad website experiences are scope arguments in disguise. These four points remove the argument before it starts.

A written scope before you pay

Every page, every feature, every third-party cost and the launch date, in writing. If it is not in the proposal, you are not paying for it.

Delivery commitment

Your target launch date goes into the proposal. If a delay is on us, you get 10% off. The date moves only when content, access or approvals are pending from your side.

12-month technical warranty

Defects in what we delivered are fixed free for twelve months. New features and content changes are quoted separately.

You own everything

Domain and hosting in your name from day one. After final payment you get the files, the credentials and the licences. There is no lock-in and nothing held hostage.

The honest concerns

What you're actually weighing up.

Price is rarely the worry in Saudi Arabia. Trust is. So here are the five questions every serious buyer asks, with the real answers.

“Will it look like it was built offshore?”

Judge that from the work, not from where we sit. Ask for the portfolio before you pay anything — and note that this page, and the several hundred like it, are our own build.

“What happens when I need a change and you're asleep?”

Every project has fixed daily overlap hours for calls, and messages sent during your working day are answered the same day, not the next one. Nothing is routed through a ticket queue.

“Who owns the code and the domain?”

You do, from day one. The domain and hosting are registered in your business name, not ours, and the files, credentials and licences transfer on final payment. There is no account you have to ask us to release.

“What if you disappear?”

You would still have the domain, the hosting, the files and the logins, all in your own name — which is exactly why we set it up that way. Any competent developer can pick it up. There is no proprietary platform to be locked into.

“How do I know the money is safe?”

Half up front, half only after you have seen and approved the finished site. If you walk away at review, you have paid for half a project and you keep everything produced to that point.

Questions

Steel Fabrication & PEB websites in Saudi Arabia — your questions.

Anything not answered here, ask us directly. If the answer is no, we will tell you it is no.

How much does a steel fabrication & peb website cost in Saudi Arabia?

Between SAR 1,099 and SAR 10,999 SAR with COPG Global, depending on the package. A comparable build from a local agency in Saudi Arabia is typically quoted at roughly SAR 8,000 to SAR 30,000. The price is fixed in writing before any payment.

Can an Indian company really build my Saudi website?

Yes, and we say plainly that we are based in Bengaluru rather than pretending otherwise. The work is delivered remotely with fixed daily overlap hours for calls, the site is written for your market, and the domain and hosting are registered in your business name from day one.

How do I pay, and what protects me?

Pay by card, international bank transfer or Wise. The invoice is issued from India in SAR or USD. Saudi VAT on services bought from abroad is normally handled by the buyer under the reverse charge, so confirm your own position with your accountant. Half is paid to begin and half only after you have seen and approved the finished website. If you walk away at review you have paid for half a project and you keep everything produced up to that point.

Who owns the website and the domain?

You do, completely. The domain and hosting are in your business name from day one, and the files, credentials and agreed licences transfer to you on final payment. There is no proprietary platform and nothing you would have to ask us to release.

Is the site accessible and compliant?

We build to WCAG 2.1 AA as standard, and the Saudi Arabia requirements section on this page sets out what else applies here. That is how we build, not legal advice — have your own adviser confirm what your business specifically needs.

What are your working hours relative to mine?

India is 2.5 hours ahead of Saudi Arabia, so most of your working day overlaps ours. We hold 9am–3pm Riyadh time open for calls Monday to Thursday, the days both working weeks share.

We do sub-contract work for other contractors. Can our site show that?

Yes. Most projects can be shown by structure type, tonnage and scope without naming the main contractor. Ask permission before naming anyone; the technical detail does most of the persuading anyway.

Should we publish a rate per kilo or per square foot?

Rates depend on steel prices, section mix, coating, height and site conditions, so a fixed rate goes stale quickly. A page explaining what drives cost — with an indicative range for a standard shed if you want to give one — filters enquiries well.

We are small — one shop and two erection crews. Is a website worth it?

Yes, if it is honest. A smaller fabricator with clear capacity, real project photos and fast responses often wins packages a larger firm considers too small. Overstating capacity loses you the job at the vendor audit.

Two ways to start

Your site can be live within a week of you saying go.

Send your business type and the one thing the website needs to do. You get a recommended package and a fixed price in SAR — no discovery call, no proposal deck, no follow-up sequence.
