The problem
Saturday is chaos and bridal season is worse
Every salon in Kuwait runs on the same broken system: one WhatsApp number, two people replying, and a printed rate list photographed a hundred times.
“Rate list bhejo” — you send the same photo of a printed sheet ten times a day
No-shows on your busiest slots, with nothing queued to fill them
Bridal and event packages — your highest-value bookings — have nowhere to be showcased properly
Clients pick the salon with the better Instagram, then cannot work out how to actually book
What you get
A salon website that takes work off your phone
Every block here removes a message your front desk currently types by hand.
Online booking or booking requests
Clients choose a service, a stylist and a preferred slot. Your team confirms on WhatsApp — or use live availability when a compatible calendar is included.
Full service menu with prices
Hair, skin, nails, spa, bridal — organised, priced and searchable. You never send that rate-list photo again.
Bridal packages page
A dedicated page for packages, trials, inclusions, starting prices and a consented gallery, so a bride in Kuwait can compare scope properly before enquiring.
Before / after gallery
Hair colour, makeup and skin treatments, categorised — so a bride sees bridal work and not a beard trim.
Stylist profiles
Clients come back for a person, not a chair. Each stylist gets a photo, a speciality and their experience.
Offers banner you control
Change the monthly offer yourself, in the editing interface we set up during handover.
Gift cards & memberships
Sell prepaid packages and gift cards online. Gateway fees and refund terms are shown clearly — we will not promise you repeat visits.
Pricing
Fixed prices, published. From KWD 89.
A comparable site from a local agency in Kuwait is typically quoted at roughly KWD 600 to KWD 2,500. The difference is where the team sits, not what you get.

Not sure which package fits?
Send us what you do and what the website needs to achieve. We will tell you which package covers it — including when the KWD 89 page is genuinely enough and you should not spend more.
50% to schedule and begin. 50% after you approve the finished website, before it goes live. Timelines start from the day we receive your content and access. Payment gateway, delivery, messaging and premium plugin charges are third-party costs and are quoted separately. All prices in KWD. Pay by card, international bank transfer or Wise. The invoice is issued from India in KWD or USD. Kuwait does not currently levy VAT, but tax rules change — confirm your own position with your accountant. Local agency figures are indicative market ranges for comparison, not quotes, and will vary by scope and supplier.
Working with us from Kuwait
The practical questions, answered before you ask them.
We are based in Bengaluru, India, and deliver remotely to clients in Kuwait. That is stated plainly here because it is the first thing a careful buyer wants to establish — and the last thing they want to discover after paying.
Overlap hours, every weekday
India is 2.5 hours ahead of Kuwait, so your working morning is our working afternoon. We hold 9am–3pm Kuwait time open for calls Monday to Thursday, the days both working weeks share.
Your domain, your hosting
.kw and .com.kw domains are administered by CITRA and generally require Kuwaiti commercial registration or a matching trademark, with registrars often using a local trustee. We register in your name where you qualify and tell you plainly when a .com is the simpler choice.
How you pay
Pay by card, international bank transfer or Wise. The invoice is issued from India in KWD or USD. Kuwait does not currently levy VAT, but tax rules change — confirm your own position with your accountant.
Who owns it
Domain, hosting, files, credentials and licences are all in your business name. Nothing sits on a platform we control, and there is no account you would have to ask us to release.
Kuwait requirements
What a business website in this market actually has to get right.
Most offshore builders ignore this entirely and hand you a liability. These are build decisions we make by default, not paid extras.
Electronic Transactions Law
Kuwait has no single, all-sector data protection statute. For most private businesses the main personal-data rules sit in the Electronic Transactions Law (Law No. 20 of 2014) and its Executive Regulations — consent, purpose limitation, accuracy and safeguards — and the law was substantially amended by Decree-Law No. 148 of 2025. We build consent-aware forms and a privacy notice placeholder; your lawyer confirms the current text and approves the wording.
CITRA privacy regulation — check if it covers you
CITRA's Data Privacy Protection Regulation (Resolution No. 26 of 2024) applies to CITRA-licensed telecom and IT service providers, not to every business with a website. If you hold such a licence, its security, breach-notification and bilingual-notice duties apply on top. We will not tell you you are covered when you are not, or the reverse — your adviser decides.
Consumer Protection Law
Law No. 39 of 2014 and its Executive Regulation No. 27 of 2015 include rules on advertising and on online selling. That shapes how we write pricing and claims — nothing inflated, nothing unverifiable. Whether a particular claim is acceptable is for you and your lawyer.
This is a summary of how we build, not legal advice. Regulations change and their application depends on your business, your sector and where your customers are. Have your own adviser confirm what applies to you before you rely on any of it.
How it works
A simple process with no technical guesswork.
You don't need to know anything about hosting, DNS or SEO. That is our job — and the reason the scope is written down before you pay.
Tell us what you need
Send your business type, your current website if you have one, and the one action you want visitors to take. Two minutes on WhatsApp is enough.
Get a written proposal
You receive the exact pages, features, third-party costs, payment terms and target launch date — before you pay anything.
Send the essentials
We send a short checklist: logo, services, photos, contact details and the account access we need. Nothing technical.
Review the website
You see the first version, ask for your included revisions, and approve it. Only then does the final payment come up.
Launch and handover
It goes live on your domain, and you get a short walkthrough of the parts you can update yourself. The logins are yours.
Before any work begins
Clear terms, written down.
Most bad website experiences are scope arguments in disguise. These four points remove the argument before it starts.
A written scope before you pay
Every page, every feature, every third-party cost and the launch date, in writing. If it is not in the proposal, you are not paying for it.
Delivery commitment
Your target launch date goes into the proposal. If a delay is on us, you get 10% off. The date moves only when content, access or approvals are pending from your side.
12-month technical warranty
Defects in what we delivered are fixed free for twelve months. New features and content changes are quoted separately.
You own everything
Domain and hosting in your name from day one. After final payment you get the files, the credentials and the licences. There is no lock-in and nothing held hostage.
The honest concerns
What you're actually weighing up.
Price is rarely the worry in Kuwait. Trust is. So here are the five questions every serious buyer asks, with the real answers.
“Will it look like it was built offshore?”
Judge that from the work, not from where we sit. Ask for the portfolio before you pay anything — and note that this page, and the several hundred like it, are our own build.
“What happens when I need a change and you're asleep?”
Every project has fixed daily overlap hours for calls, and messages sent during your working day are answered the same day, not the next one. Nothing is routed through a ticket queue.
“Who owns the code and the domain?”
You do, from day one. The domain and hosting are registered in your business name, not ours, and the files, credentials and licences transfer on final payment. There is no account you have to ask us to release.
“What if you disappear?”
You would still have the domain, the hosting, the files and the logins, all in your own name — which is exactly why we set it up that way. Any competent developer can pick it up. There is no proprietary platform to be locked into.
“How do I know the money is safe?”
Half up front, half only after you have seen and approved the finished site. If you walk away at review, you have paid for half a project and you keep everything produced to that point.
Questions
Salons & Spas websites in Kuwait — your questions.
Anything not answered here, ask us directly. If the answer is no, we will tell you it is no.
How much does a salons & spas website cost in Kuwait?
Between KWD 89 and KWD 919 KWD with COPG Global, depending on the package. A comparable build from a local agency in Kuwait is typically quoted at roughly KWD 600 to KWD 2,500. The price is fixed in writing before any payment.
Can an Indian company really build my Kuwaiti website?
Yes, and we say plainly that we are based in Bengaluru rather than pretending otherwise. The work is delivered remotely with fixed daily overlap hours for calls, the site is written for your market, and the domain and hosting are registered in your business name from day one.
How do I pay, and what protects me?
Pay by card, international bank transfer or Wise. The invoice is issued from India in KWD or USD. Kuwait does not currently levy VAT, but tax rules change — confirm your own position with your accountant. Half is paid to begin and half only after you have seen and approved the finished website. If you walk away at review you have paid for half a project and you keep everything produced up to that point.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do, completely. The domain and hosting are in your business name from day one, and the files, credentials and agreed licences transfer to you on final payment. There is no proprietary platform and nothing you would have to ask us to release.
Is the site accessible and compliant?
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA as standard, and the Kuwait requirements section on this page sets out what else applies here. That is how we build, not legal advice — have your own adviser confirm what your business specifically needs.
What are your working hours relative to mine?
India is 2.5 hours ahead of Kuwait, so your working morning is our working afternoon. We hold 9am–3pm Kuwait time open for calls Monday to Thursday, the days both working weeks share.
My clients only book on WhatsApp.
They can keep doing exactly that. The website is for new clients and for the 11pm visitor who does not want to wait for a reply before knowing your prices.
Can I block slots when a stylist is on leave?
Yes, when live calendar management is included. With a booking-request setup your team simply confirms or suggests another time.
Do I have to show prices?
Showing exact prices or clear starting ranges helps clients pick the right service before contacting you. If price varies by hair length, stylist or product, we explain those factors beside the range.
